Delivery of Products
Texas Steer Boots processes orders with reasonable speed, but does not guarantee any specific delivery date or time. We provide estimated timelines at checkout and in order confirmations based on shipping method selected.
We may require extra processing time on some orders due to item personalization, customization, shipping restrictions, payment issues, compliance checks, or other reasons.
Texas Steer Boots ships products to the address designated in your order. You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and up-to-date shipping information. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by outdated or incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.
You may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Beyond this window, we consider orders final. However, Texas Steer Boots may allow returns or refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. See Returns below.
We deliver to all U.S. states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, territories, protectorates, or outside the U.S. Certain products may have additional delivery restrictions.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the order to the carrier.
Product Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a Texas Steer Boots product for any reason, you may return it for a refund subject to the policies below.
- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. To start, contact us through our website.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Restocking fees may apply for certain products or excessive returns.

Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
